Swiggy unveils Pyng app for expert services
Swiggy, India’s top on-demand delivery platform, has diversified its service offerings with the introduction of Pyng, a separate mobile app that brings users in touch with verified experts in a variety of categories. The Pyng app, available now in Bengaluru, is available on Android and iOS platforms.
With more than 1,000 verified experts providing services in over 100 specializations, Pyng is Swiggy’s entry into the thriving professional services market. The app supports various needs such as health and wellness (fitness trainers, yoga teachers, therapists), financial consulting (investment and tax advisors), travel and lifestyle (trip organizers, makeup artists), spiritual counseling (astrologers, tarot readers), and skill learning (music, dance, art instructors).
One of the most impressive aspects of Pyng is its AI-based assistant, which assists people in locating the most suitable professionals based on user queries and preferences. This intelligent match-making feature is intended to provide the best user experience by offering rapid and accurate suggestions.
Swiggy is also highlighting trust and quality through a money-back guarantee, which provides customers a refund if they are not content with the experience they have received. This approach of keeping customers first seeks to establish credibility and encourage adoption.
